He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Joseph Maguire Jr. and Frances Moeller; his father-in-law Ed Foy; and his half-sister Margaret Ann Day. He is survived by: his wife Lore; his children, Shannon and Erin Joey Maguire (Thomas Katelhon); and his mother-in-law Claire Foy. He is also survived by his brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and godchildren.
