For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Catherine Amelia Burns. She is survived by: her parents, Thomas R. Burns and Jacquelyn A. Kleiner Burns; her sister Amanda Burns; her nephew Samuel T. Burns; her boyfriend Edward O'Hara; and her pets, Itsy and Buddy. She is also survived by many many Aunts, Uncles, 1st and 2nd Cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Colleen's memory donations may be made in her name to the American Heart Association (http://www.heart.org), Saint Christopher's Hospital of Philadelphia.
