He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Shaffer (Roger); and his grandchildren, Kyle (Nicole), Ryan (Stephanie), Justin (Emily), Tyler and Dylan.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Wounded Warriors would be greatly appreciated.
