He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Catherine V. Donnelly; his father Grandpap; his wife Cassie; his children, Charles E Donnelly, Jr., Margaret Ann Petrakis (Peggy) of Wayne, PA and Thomas P. Donnelly of Doylestown, PA; and his grandchildren, Michael, Caitlin, Nathan, Matthew, Patrick and Sara.
