He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Curtis and Margaret Curtis (Nee Krouse). He is survived by: his spouse Susan E. Curtis (Nee Pfeiffer); his children, Kimberly A. Keller (Dan) and Charlie Curtis, Jr. (Judy); his sibling Russell Curtis (Palma); his grandchildren, Chase III, Bridget, Avery Curtis, Carlie, Haley and Charlie Keller; and his siblings-in-law, Rip Pfeiffer (Beverly) and Pam Keebler (late Lumpy).
