She was predeceased by: her husband Edward; her son Martin; and her brother James Gildea. She is survived by: her children, Edward, Jr. (Elizabeth), Mary Ann Costar (Larry), Cathy Knowles (Bob), Roseann Myers, Francis (Diana), Joseph, Timothy (Mary), William (Mary Beth), Margaret Arcaro (Dave) and Helen Welsh (Patrick); and her sister Helen Beaver. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and countless great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made in Catherine's name to the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Camilla Hall Nursing Home, 100 Maxis Dr., Malvern, PA 19355.
