She is survived by: her parent Adele Mattern; her children, Donna Green, Donald Jr., Alan Lloyd and John Lloyd; her grandchildren, Lisa, Krissie, Robert, Michael, Danielle, Nick and Donald; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Molly, Jacob, Kaelyn, Hannah, Olivia, Aiden, Brennan, Connor, Kaylee Ann and Mason.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Ann's Choice Benevolent Fund, 20, 000 Ann's Choice Way, Warminster, Pa. 18974 in Adele's memory.
