She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Mellott and Florence Mellott (Miller); her husband Donald Ray Bradshaw; her son William "Billy" Bradshaw; and her sister Velma Souders.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Exline (John); her grandsons, Kenny Exline (Carol) and Matthew Exline (Ashley); her great grandchild Malichi Sudol; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Carter of Warfordsburg, Alyssia of Warfordsburg and Arielle of Warfordsburg. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
