It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Levina Crawford of Warfordsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barnes and Mary Barnes (Miller); her husband Wilmer; her brother Earl Barnes; and her brother-in-law Blaine Snyder.
She is survived by: her sister Sarah Snyder; her sister-in-law Izella Barnes; her nieces, Cindy Booth (Andy Swope) and Judy Neil (Arthur); her grandchildren, Christi Ritz (Brian), Jennifer Youngblood (Robbie Ternent), Brock Hoopengardner (Kayla Roth), Julie Rhoades (Kevin), Jodi Welch (John) and John Appel; her great grandchildren, Levi (Caitlyn), Caleb (Elisha), Macy (Billy), Erica (Alyssa), Janelle, Nichole (Hayden), Tyler, Bruce, Alexis, Lucas, Tanner (Shae), Alan, Jacob, Lane, Jaylon, Matthew, Jaxon, Daniel, Khirsten, Sklar, Waylon and Arianny; and her great great grandchildren, Brodee, Payslee and Archer.
