He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale S. Clevenger and Myrtle F. Clevenger (Mellott). He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Clevenger (Whisner); his children, John W. Clevenger, Jr. and Tammy L. Clevenger of Warfordsburg; his grandchildren, Mikayla Clevenger of Chambersburg, Tommy Brown, Jr. of Ridgeley and W. Va; and his siblings, James Clevenger of Texas and Darlene Clevenger.
