He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Breeden, Sr. and Nancy E. Breeden (Wills); his stepfather Nathan E. Martin; and his father-in-law George S. Truax. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Breeden (Truax); his children, Joshua L. Breeden (Nicole) of Kearneysville, W. V and Jennifer L. Breeden (Henry Mearkle) of Clearville Pa; his grandchildren, Mason Mearkle and Mackenzie Mearkle; his siblings, Robert L. Breeden, Jr. of Falling Waters, W. V, Michael T. Breeden of Holladay, Tenn, Thomas W. Breeden of Zullinger and Angela E. McFadden of Hancock; and his stepsiblings, Della DiCostanzo, Debbie Hastings and Dean Martin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and in-laws.
Anyone attending the viewing or funeral services will be required to wear a mask, due to the coronavirus regulations.
