He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Reed (Collins) and Herbert M. Reed; and his wife Nancy L. Reed. He is survived by: his close friend Sharon K. Buterbaugh of Warfordsburg, PA; his sons, Jeff E. Reed of Spring Run, PA and Charles "Mick"; and his sisters, Geraldine Kelly of Shippensburg, PA and Pat Foreman of Fayetteville, PA.. He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
