He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert John Novak Sr. and Elizabeth "Honey" Skwirut Novak. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ann Hall; his daughters, Stephanie Novak (Matthew Witchey) of Ramsey, N. J. and Carissa Novak; his grandson Jaxon; his sister Nadine Schmidt (John) of Mountain Top; and his nieces and nephews, Erica Hand (Bobby), Thomas Schmidt (Makia) and Michael Schmidt. He is also survived by numerous cousins, godchildren, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, family is requesting all donations to be made to Hospice of the Sacred Heart Center, 53 Glenmaura National Blvd, Suite 200, Moosic PA 18507.
