He was predeceased by: his parents, George Abod and Florence Dozyk Abod; and his brother Kevin Church. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Richards Abod; his children, Christopher Abod of Mountain Top and Heather Martin (Matthew) of Manhattan, Kansas; his grandchildren, Adrian and Kierra; and his siblings, Jeff Church and Melissa Alexander. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
