He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha C. Gross, (Jones) and Millard W Gross, Sr.; and his siblings, Lois Cromer, Arnold, Gerald and Millard Gross, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Jane A Gross (Zajac); his daughter Jill Haught (David); his grandchildren, David and Rachel; and his brother Edwin Gross (Betty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
