She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Ostopowicz; and her parents, Michael Zugarek and Stella Zugarek (Rusczyk). She is survived by: her children, Lynn Ostopowicz of Harleysville and Leon "Mike" Ostopowicz of Lansdale; her grandchildren, Lauren Ostopowicz of Columbia, MD and Justin Ostopowicz of Lansdale; and her brother Ronald Zugarek (Cathy).
