She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira L. Barnes and Esther M. Farkas Barnes Jr.; and her husband Kevin J. Peters. She is survived by: her son Brian J. Peters of New Beaver Borough; and her brothers, David L. Barnes (Rosemary) of New Brighton, Ronald Joseph "Joe" Barnes (Nita) of New Castle and Gary A. "Chip" Barnes (Mary Ellen Johnson) of Koppel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
