He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Hartman and Althea Hartman. He is survived by: his children, Robert Hartman, II of Michigan and Amy Hartman of Washington.
Not a fan of fanfare, he wanted no ceremonies, no flowers, no services. I don't think he'd mind if you wanted to donate to the local animal shelter in his name though.
