He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ellis and Josephine Straley; and his daughter Deborah Lee Straley. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lee Straley; and his children, Mevin D. Straley, Melanie Budkey (Kurt Wolfe) and Ellis Straley (Matthew Hofacker). He is also survived by "Pappy" and dearly loved by his 8 grandchildren.
