She was predeceased by: her parents, John Karner and Margaret Karner; her sisters, Marlene Novalesi and Janet Shellogg; her brother-in-law Bob Shellogg; and her niece Heidi Dess.
She is survived by: her friends, Grace, Eleanor and Shirley; her sister Carol Dess (Darrell); her brother-in-law John Novalesi; and her nieces and nephews, John Novalesi, Darrell Dess (Kristin), Marla Clem (Kenneth), Lori Thomas (John), Carole Houghton (David), Michelle Dess, Lisa Simpson (James), Shari Schmeltz and Diana Dess. She is also survived by 15 great nieces and nephews and 5 great great nieces and nephews.
