He is survived by: his children, Becky I. Dryfuse of East Palestine, OH and John S. Dryfuse, III of East Palestine, OH; his stepchildren, Samuel Dout and Jackie Dout; his siblings, Kenneth Penwell of Hillsville, PA, Mary Herko of New Castle and Ruth Ann Dryfuse of Wampum, PA; his grandchildren, Blayne Harris and Katerra Harris; and his great grandchild Harlie Figley. He is also survived by step-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
