He is survived by: his wife Bessie Elizabeth Stiles Rafacz; his children, Denise Loccisano (Mark) of Fredericksburg, VA, Carol Monks (Charlie) of Franklin, TN, John Rafacz (Tom) of Skokie, IL and Jim Rafacz (Melissa) of Enon Valley; and his sister Irene Zajac of Wampum. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
