Downey Jr. of Wampum, Pennsylvania, born in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Sr. Downey and Marion Martin Downey; and his wife Susan Davis Downey. He is survived by: his son Jamie E. Downey of Wampum; his siblings, Charlene of Wampum, Cheryl (Bob Walker) of Wampum, Cheri Downey of Wampum and Mark Downey (Amy) of Ligonier; and his grandchildren, Hazen and Harlee Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
