He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest L. Temple and Sara M. Temple (Watkins); his wife Marcia K. Temple (Gamble); his daughter Kathy Sue Temple; and his sister Michele Garlin.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie Pollio (Frank) of New Castle, Lisa Duckworth (Brian) of New Castle, Leslie Pagley (Mark) of Russellville, AR, Linda Ragazzo (Brad) of Timnath, CO and Larry Temple (Amy) of Fairview, PA; and his siblings, Timothy S. Temple of Butler and Kelly Temple of Butler. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
