He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. A. Sr. and Madeline Klotz (Haydt); and his sisters, Fern Smith, Audrey Kemmerer and Bonnie Palansky.
He is survived by: his spouse Gail L. Klotz (Kocher); his daughters, Stacy (Robert Grim) of New Ringgold and Tara (Jason Fritz) of Walnutport; his grandchildren, Karissa and Jevin; and his siblings, Karl Klotz of Slatington, Donna (Gerald Seip) of Walnutport and Glendra Knappenberger of Walnutport.
