He is survived by: his caregivers, Michele Horn (Chad), Nicole Nothstein (Chris), Alicia Horn and Aleah Nothstein; his brothers, Dennis, Terry and Rodney Hughes; and his half-sisters, Patricia Schoch, Kim Sandt and Karen Smith. He is also survived by many other nieces & nephews.
