He was predeceased by: his wife Mae "Becky" Moyer (Schoenberger); his parents, Paul Moyer and Elsie Moyer (Weitknecht); and his siblings, Melvin, Paul, Harold, Merritt Moyer and Jeanette Wentzell.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Seltzer (Gwyn); and his brother Dale (Helen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the church (Salem United Methodist Church, Danielsville) in care of the funeral home in loving memory of Quentin.
