He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward S. Fodor and Rita A. Fodor (Pruzinsky). He is survived by: his wife Jennifer (Doll); his sons, Zachary, Dylan, Trent and Johnny; and his siblings, Peter (Suzann) and Tania Jenkins (Fred). He is also survived by niece and 4 nephews; aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be presented to an educational fund for Matthew's sons in loving memory.
