He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Connolly and Grace Connolly (Bernstein); his wife Christina "Carol" Connolly; his son Robert Hopkins; and his siblings, Robert Connolly and Eileen Depping.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Hopkins of Milltown, NJ, Marty Connolly (Dorothy) of Walnutport, PA, Christy (Peter Kady) of Jamesburg, NJ and Beth Anne Connolly (Bernard Thompson) of Haines City, FL; his sister Carolann (Ronald Foster) of Lufkin, TX; and his grandchildren, Jason, Sara, Justin, Ashley, Caitlin, Nicole, Danielle, Noah and Benjamin. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
