He was predeceased by: his brother Randy Kromer; and his granddaughter Leilene Soto. He is survived by: his parents, Harold Kromer of Walnutport, PA and Renae Voght of Slatington, PA.; his wife Kelly L. (Hay); his children, Nicole Kromer (Louis Soto), Aaron B. Kromer (Tanya) of Walnutport, PA and Kyle A. Kromer (Karlie) of Danielsville, PA; his sister Wanda Lalik of Walnutport, PA; his grandsons, Kamron and Lennox; and his mother-in-law Sharon Hay-Royer of Allentown, PA..
