He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann (Bretzik); his stepchildren, Breanna Bretzik of Bethlehem, Branden Bretzik of Walnutport and Brian Strawhacker of Jim Thorpe; his sister Jane M. Spradlin of Slatington; and his grandsons, Dante and Damien Cimino.
