With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Rehrig (Walnutport, Pennsylvania), born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 2, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Luke E. and Florence E. Rau (Bolich); and her son Leonard Pritchard. She is survived by: her children, Matthew J. Rehrig of Lehighton and Rebecca Herring of Walnutport; and her siblings, Doris (William Markell) of Slatington, Darlene Krome of Atlantic, VA, Mark Rau of Slatedale, Samuel Rau (Kay) of Germansville, John Rau (Candy) of Stevens, PA and Paul Rau (Linda) of Lehighton. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to either St. Peter's United Methodist or Bowmanstown Park Church Camp, both c/o of the funeral home.
