She was predeceased by: her husband Earl F. Hofmann, Sr.; and her parents, Max I. F. and Caroline Achey (Heffelfinger). She is survived by: her children, Deena Fital (Brian Blose) of Lehighton and Earl F. Hofmann, Jr. (Dawn) of Fl; her grandchildren, Justin Hofmann, Travis Hofmann (April), Alysia Hough (Danielle Davis) and Celina Fital (Kristopher Seiler); her great grandchildren, Autumn and Naomi; her siblings, Marianne (Dennis Michael), Luther Achey (Roseann), Max C. Achey (Jane) and Randall Achey (Suzanne); and her pet Fluffy.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (120 E South St, Slatington, PA 18080).
