He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Hofmann (Achey); his children, Deena Fital (Brian Blose) of Lehighton and Earl F. Hofmann, Jr. (Dawn) of Fl; his grandchildren, Justin Hofmann, Travis Hofmann (April), Alysia Hough (Danielle) and Celina Fital; and his great grandchildren, Autumn and Naomi.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Earl's name can be made to either Christ UCC, American Cancer Society, or the Alzheimer's Association, c/o the funeral home.
