He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace F. Wilmot and Evelyn M. Wilmot (Courtney). He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Wilmot (Hager); his sons, Eric J. Wilmot (Gretchen) and Michael D. Wilmot (Jodi); his stepson Michael R. Zemlansky (Johnna); his grandchildren, Eric (Johannah), Jeremy (Kim), Camryn, Lauren and Jonathan; his stepgrandchildren, Rachel and Madison; and his mother-in-law Doris Hager.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his name to Bethany Wesleyan Church or American Legion Post 314, 381 Bridge Street, Lehighton PA 18235.
