He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Beltzner, Sr. and Laura Beltzner (Reph); his spouse Constance L. Beltzner (Sterner); and his siblings, Clayton, Jr., Douglas, Mildred and Delores.

He is survived by: his children, Dale A. Beltzner, Jr of Bethlehem, PA and Wendy G. (Timothy Pitts) of Danielsville, PA; his siblings, Craig Beltzner (Beatrice) of Northampton, PA, Girard Beltzner of Whitehall, PA and Joan (Joseph Minarik) of Walnutport, PA; his grandchildren, Jimmy Beltzner, Cassidy and Lauren Pitts; and his daughter Melody Baker.
