She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur N. Romer and Christina Romer (Nickas); her son Robert Hopkins; and her sister Margo Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Hopkins of Milltown, NJ, Marty Connolly (Dorothy) of Walnutport, Christy (Peter Kady) of Jamesburg, NJ and Beth Anne Connolly of Haines City, FL; her sister Hope (Adam Tarnowski) of Princeton, NJ; and her grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Sara, Ashley, Caitlin, Nicole, Danielle, Noah and Benjamin. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Northern Lehigh Food Bank in care of the funeral home.
