It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Peters of Walnutport, Pennsylvania, born in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 4, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Larry W. Peters; her parents, Harold J. Billig and Rachel P. Billig (Bennicoff); her children, Jennifer A. (Jarod Knouss) of Slatington and Michael W. Peters (Marybeth Griffaton); her stepdaughter Brandy E. Peters of Walnutport; her stepmother Joanne L. Billig (Mutchler); her siblings, Florence L. Pail (John), David D. Billig (Sandy), Diane M. Cichonski (Charlie), Donald W. Billig (Julann), Judith M. Friedman (Tom), Douglas E. Billig (Jane) and Sherri L. Confalone (Daniel); her brother-in-law Clarence Burkhard; her grandchildren, Mason, Drayden, Jarod Jr., Evan, Ava and Avery; her siblings, Barbara M. Burkhard and Harold G. Billig; and her pets, Bruno and Butch.
