He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley A. Bachman (Hausman); and his parents, Payson Edward and Edna B. Bachman (Leisure). He is survived by: his children, Carl E. Bachman, Jr. (Wendy) of Palmerton, Jeffrey L. Bachman (Karen) of Slatedale and Tammie S. Mikolasy of Palmerton; and his sisters, Doris Oertner of Slatington and Arlene Dombrosky of Tamaqua. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren.
