Kern of Walnutport, Pennsylvania, born in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl D. Smoyer and Lillian M. Smoyer (Muth); her husband Russel F. Kern; her son Terence R. Kern; and her granddaughter Stacey Kern.
She is survived by: her children, Darrel F. Kern (Tink) of Leland, NC, Ina J. McDonald of Wilmington, NC, Kaye A. Kern of Walnutport, PA and Tina A. (Scott Williams) of Overland Park, KS; and her brother Lamont Smoyer (Izene) of Schnecksville, PA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
