She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor R. Handwerk, Sr. and Ruth M. Handwerk (Laub); her husband Robert G. George; and her siblings, Arthur, Louis, Victor, Jr., Verna, Mildred and Ada.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa A. Modica (Carl, Jr.) of Berlin, PA and Keith R. George (Jennifer) of Ephrata, PA; and her brother Harvey Handwerk (Althea) of Walnutport, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
