Horn of Walnut Bottom, Pennsylvania, born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 30, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Isabelle Halter (Vaughn) and Donald L. Halter, Sr. of Walnut Bottom; and her sister Barbara Jones (Lloyd) of Carlisle. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews; two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law.
