It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald L. Halter of Walnut Bottom, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Isabelle G. Halter; and his children, Donald L. Halter Jr. and Judy L. Horn (Gary W. Horn). He is survived by: his daughter Barbara L. Jones (Lloyd) of Carlisle. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
