She was predeceased by: her parents, Omar Fulton and Ruth Fulton; her daughter Constance "Connie" Kelly-Quercetti; and her siblings, Elsie Cayaves, Thelma Colflesh, Virginia Braid, Constance Kenny, Eugene C. Fulton and Craig S. Fulton.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sandra and Daniel Quercetti; and her siblings, Omar L. Fulton, Jr., Lowell F. Fulton and Francine Brooks (Charles). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Services and interment are private due to Covid-19 pandemic.
