He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dougherty and Mary Dougherty; and his brother Christopher Dougherty. He is survived by: his daughter Mickenzie Dougherty (Richard Buzza); his siblings, Kevin Dougherty and Karen Williams (Justin Williams); and his stepchildren, Kristine, Lindsay and David. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and many many friends.
