We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2020, at the age of 96, Ruth Snell in Wallingford, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur A. Elkins and Evelyn Elkins. She is survived by: her husband William R. Snell; and her sons, Stephen, Kent and Paul Snell. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
