He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Simchock and Susan Simchock. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Simchock; his stepson Frankie Mosakowski (Sue); his sisters, Catherine Weyman and Susan Sutsko; and his siblings-in-law, Eileen Pearlingi and Walter Anderson (Sue).
