He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donald J. Avellino Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Jennifer Avellino; his brothers, Blake Gardner, Shane Gardner and Luke Kenkellen; his sister-in-law Olivia Gardner; his nephew Daxton; his niece Kinsley; and his grandmother Cynthia Avellino. He is also survived by his 34 cousins, 7 aunts, and 3 uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Max's memory to Save The Children, so his legacy of caring for others can continue.
