She was predeceased by: her parent Walter Judson; her spouse Wilbert R. Phelps, Sr.; and her siblings, William Batts, Sara Jo Campbell and Rosalie Plake.
She is survived by: her parent Beatrice Batts; her children, Cynthia Hoyt, Catherine Wagner, Wilbert "Bud" Phelps, Jr. (Jeanne), Caren Barral (Dan) and Christine Phelps; her grandchildren, Steve, Raquel, Cherylann, Toni Marie, Andria, Kathryn Margaret, Michael, Sara, Samantha and Nicholas; her sibling Charles "Jack" Batts; and her sibling-in-law William Phelps. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions Margaret's name to the Calvary Independent Baptist Church, 716 Amosland Road, Morton, PA 19070, would be appreciated.
