He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Fullmer Barlow; and his brother Jason Barlow. He is survived by: his wife Kelly M. Cagle Barlow; his children, L. J., Chloe, Chase, Claudia, Lillian and Landon; his father Lawrence W. Barlow; his stepmother Jackie File-Bacon; and his sisters, Jacqueline Barlow and Jill Barlow. He is also survived by aunts uncles, nephews, cousins and friends.
